The Flat, Lelant, St Ives, Cornwall

The flat sleeps six, and is on the second floor of a large Victorian house. It has far-reaching views over a bird sanctuary and estuary, and is situated an easy walk from beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches, not to mention the West Cornwall golf course.

It is totally self-contained with its own private entrance and ample parking. The flat has been comfortably decorated in a contemporary style. All the furnishings, beds and bedding are new.

Entrance to the flat is via a pretty, sunny terrace with garden furniture, which is for the sole use of the flat.
